1. usually i get up around 7am depending on the time i go to sleep, but if i go to bed early i get up at 6 am or 6;30 am

I get about 8 or 9 hours of sleep each night.If i don't get enough sleep i am tired in the morning and want to fall asleep,when i do get enough sleep am more energetic.Getting enough sleep will help you in everyday life because you will be more awake and you will be more healthy to.

I get 9 hours of sleep every night, if I don't get enough sleep in the morning I feel tired and sleepy. When I get enough sleep I feel awake and energetic. When you get enough sleep you will be ready for the day and feel ready for anything.

I get a good amount of sleep every night, so when I wake up I feel much better then the night before. But I never know that if you get less sleep It can increase death by 12%. Also if you sleep to much It can Increase your death By 30%. So its better to get the right amount of sleep.

I get about 7-9 hours of sleep which helps my learning and activity a lot by allowing me to function my brain properly and think clearly for situations I need it for especially for learning. I think getting enough sleep helps out your overall daily routine and what you want to do for the day so it helps you progress in more important matters.

The importance of sleep is really important because a person can get heart diesis if he/she gets too much sleep or really low sleep. A person has to sleep at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Everyone feels so tiered when they don't get enough sleep, and when you do get enough sleep you fell great like you are able to concentrate in school or work. If a person can't get enough sleep they can try to not go on social media because your brain will trick you into thinking that it is still day time.

I usually get around 4 to 6 hours of sleep. At times i can get 7 hours of sleep. If i do not get enough sleep I will not be able to walk or play sports. But after a couple of hours i wake up and i am back to normal.

i get about 8 hours of sleep.I feel really annoyed and cranky in the morning but the rest of the day i feel way better.It will help me focus better and pay attention to the speaker.If i don't get enough sleep i will start making a sleep schedule and make sure i put my iPod down so i can get enough sleep the next morning waking up feeling good and healthy

i sometimes get 7 to 8 hours of sleep the sometimes i get 4 to 5 hours of sleep when i don't get enough sleep i feel tired and i just want go to sleep when i get enough sleep it feels amazing i feel refreshed i also have more energy. what i can do to get enough sleep is going to sleep early or not going on my electronics.

i get 9-8 hours of sleep and i think that is good because i don't feel tired during the day. when i don't get enough sleep i am always grumpy and my head hurts and i barely listen to who is talking to me. i think getting sleep helps in school because i will listen in class

I get only 5 or sometimes 7 if i'm lucky, hours of sleep. When I don't get enough I feel like my world is just spinning around and around. I feel really dizzy. When I DO get enough sleep I feel more normal, well as normal as I can get anyways :)

I get about 9 hours of sleep. When I get enough sleep I feel awake. When I don't get enough sleep, I feel tired. I learned that you shouldn't use your phones at night before you go to bed.

I get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep and I am still sometimes proud of that because I don't sleep too early and I don't sleep to much I think everyone should sleep st the right time because they can have really bad things happen to them like brain damage and diabetese.

i get about 6-8 hours every night. when don't get enough sleep i get really crankie when i do get enough sleep i feel relaxed and energetic getting enough sleep makes you more focused and ready to learn if you don't get enough sleep you should read before sleeping that relaxes your mind.

I sleep bout 4 to 3 hours. When i don't get enough sleep I tend to be sleepy cranky and tired and yawn a lot & when i do get enough sleep I'm relaxed calm energetic and happy and i work and don't get distracted. what i can do to get better sleep is put my iPod away in a far distance out of my reach and set alarm 5 minutes before 6:00 every morning

I sleep at 10 and wake up at 7 so I get 9 hours of sleep but sometime I get 7 or 8 hours of sleep if I can't sleep or when I watch a movie and want to finish it. When I don't sleep well or sleep late I feel tired don't want to do anything can't learn well or want to do anything. When I do get a good sleep I am a wake I want to do thing, I feel happy and do things that I am told to do.
